If you are here because of "Supercode failed to patch Cursor" error, try this before submitting support ticket:

  1. Restart Cursor completely — in many cases, this resolves the problem.
  2. If that doesn't help, try a full computer restart, as simple as that may sound.
  3. If the issue persists, try to launch Cursor as an administrator — this approach often helps when the application doesn't have sufficient permissions to modify its own directory.
