This Payment and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding payments, subscription plans, and refunds for Supercode AI. By subscribing to our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Subscription Plans

Supercode AI offers the following subscription plans:

  • Basic Plan: Access to standard set of features. Billed monthly or yearly.
  • Premium Plan: Full access to all features. Billed monthly or yearly.

2. Payment Terms

The following terms apply to all payments made to Supercode AI:

  • Payments are processed securely through our payment processor or partner's website.
  • Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.
  • For monthly subscriptions, your payment method will be charged every 30 days.
  • For annual subscriptions, your payment method will be charged once per year.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as specifically provided in our Refund Policy.
  • Prices are subject to change with notice to subscribers.

3. Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew until canceled by the subscriber:

  • Monthly subscriptions will automatically renew each month.
  • Annual subscriptions will automatically renew each year.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

4. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

  • 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
  • Usage Limitation: Refunds will only be processed if you have used less than 5% of the available requests for voice recognition or other AI models included in your subscription plan.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that significantly impair your ability to use our service, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period.
  • Non-Refundable Scenarios: Refunds will not be provided for:
    • Requests made after the 14-day period
    • Account upgrades or downgrades
    • Partial or unused subscription periods after the 14-day period
    • Cancellations of subscription
    • Usage exceeding 5% of available API requests

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your account information and the reason for your refund request
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days

6. Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If we change pricing for an existing subscription plan, we will notify subscribers at least 30 days in advance of such changes taking effect. You will have the option to cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.
